How to link mex file with different matlab sessions?

Hello,
When I open Simulink model with 2 different matlab sessions, I can’t able to link the mex file with the 2nd matlab session. It’s giving the following error message. Please let me know how to fix the issue.
LINK : fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file 'EMC_A5_tl_tpt.mexw32' C:\TOOLS\MATLAB\R2011B\BIN\MEX.PL: Error: Link of 'EMC_A5_tl_tpt.mexw32' failed.
