Hi! I have to perform an Anova analysis with ANOVAN: I have column Y to compare with column of numbers g1, g2, g3. they all have the same number of elements. This is my script: p=anovan(Y, {g1, g2, g3}). The result is sum sq. = 0 0 0 mean sq= 0 0 0 P=NaN NaN NaN, F=NaN NaN NaN . I don't understand why.
