error: "undefined function 'pwelch'" due to lack of Signal Processing Toolbox (Matlab2020a). Is it not licenced with my university?

Hello
I have started using Matlab2020a these days (after being on version 2014 for ages)
- I am getting error: "Error: no spectrum plotted. Undefined function 'pwelch' for input arguments of type 'double'" (never got it with older version).
it seems I have no Signal Processing Toolbox in this version.
Is it not licenced with my university?
Thank you very much
Giulia

Hi,
You can check what all products are currently installed on your sytem by using the 'ver' command.
You can visit Mathworks License Center for information on your License and the supported products.
Hope this helps!
