simEngine is a MATLAB toolbox developed by Simatra specifically designed to speed up simulations of dynamical systems. Large and complex models can be constructed using the Diesel programming language and compiled on your multi-core processor or GPU. simEngine Basic is always free and can be used to rapidly simulate systems of ODEs on a single CPU core. A 30 day trial of simEngine Professional is available supporting arbitrarily large simulations on a graphics processor. |
