I have a neuron network data where I have x,y,z coordinates
of nodes. I want to show all nodes individually on 3d space,
but plot3 command seems to connect them. Additionally I want
to be able to see the graph from different angles. I would
really appriciate any help.

use scatter3() instead of plot3()

Normally each figure has a toolbar, one member of which is
the "rotate" tool that allows manual changes to the
viewing angle. If you need to change the viewing angle programmatically
then there you need to set() various Camera* properties of the axes;
see the documentation on Axes Properties. (Unfortunately the
documentation is not very explicit about what you have to do for this.)
